Multiple strands of soft drawn tinned copper fabricated into a woven tubular configuration to achieve a braid with maximum flexibility. Tubular braid is ideally suited to shield short runs of wire or cable which is inserted into the braid. Inserting a shielded cable into the braid wil maximize the coverage. Our braid is designed to maintain a minimum of 90% coverage. Tinned copper is easily terminated.

The amperage ratings shown are for non-insulated braid and provided as a guide only. These ratings will vary with service conditions, ambient temperature and proximity to other components. All dimensions are nominal.

Braids are available bare, silver or nickel plated, stainless steel or aluminum.
