Braided Wire

We manufacture and supply braided wire products for various industries. These are wires that are made out of flexible wire strands. These are then wound into a circular pattern wrapped around a core. Due to this process, they become more flexible and more robust. 

We manufacture them using different materials: copper, bare copper, tinned copper, silver-plated, nickel-plated, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Three different braided wires are available:

  • Flat: Our flat braids carry high currents at lower voltages, making these an ideal option for more specific current-carrying capacities.
  • Rope: Rope braids are made with fine wire strands, which offer enhanced flexibility. It’s primarily used for situations where flex life is considered.
  • Tubular: Tubular braids are also used as ground straps since they provide extra shielding and protection to the wire or cable. Shielding is when the wire or cable is inserted inside a braid to enhance security.

Heat Shrinking Tubing

Flexible Non-Shrink Tubing

Flexible non-shrink tubing provides excellent insulation and protection to lead wires, soldered joints and components, and wire harness assemblies. These are incredibly resistant to heat and extreme temperatures, making them non-shrinkable and flexible.

We only have one flexible non-shrink tubing available: the EXTRUDED PLASTIC PVC TUBING. It allows for a wide range of tubing applications in a single tubing, which is why it’s an ideal choice for various markets.

Fiberglass Sleeving

Our fiberglass tubing products are used for specific applications, such as welding equipment, alternator, generator and appliance leads, motor insulation, and light fixtures, to name a few. But due to its specific uses, it also has some disadvantages, such as needing to be more effective if there are huge differences between the exterior and interior temperature.
